Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and customized according to the needs of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, develop, and customize applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Implement and test application functionalities. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications. - Train end-users on the usage of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture. - Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM using plugins, workflows, and web resources. - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization. - Familiarity with integration tools and technologies such as Azure Logic Apps and SSIS. - Experience in data migration and integration with third-party systems. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
