Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and customized according to the needs of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, develop, and test applications based on business requirements. - Customize and configure Workday Core HCM modules to meet specific organizational needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Workday Core HCM development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday time tracking. - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionality and configuration. - Experience in developing and customizing Workday reports and dashboards. - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques. - Familiarity with Workday security and access controls. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Certification in Workday time tracking is a must.Certification in Workday time tracking is a must
