Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the business needs and requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, as well as engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and provide problem-solving solutions across multiple teams. With your expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Salesforce Technical Architecture - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring alignment with business requirements - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Ensure the successful design, build, and configuration of applications - Implement best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for improvement Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions - Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices - Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components - Experience with Salesforce data modeling and security - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Einstein Analytics - Recommendation: Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control systems Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture - This position is based at our Gurugram office - 15 years of fulltime education is required
