Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure seamless delivery of applications. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines, while also identifying and mitigating risks and issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong program and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience with application development technologies such as Java, .NET, or Python.
