Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions and collaborate with a team of professionals. A typical day in this role involves designing and implementing application features, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and actively participating in team discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems. Roles & Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python and frameworks such as Django (preferred) or Flask. -Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and third-party applications. -Design and optimize PostgreSQL database structures for performance and scalability. -Apply healthcare domain knowledge (if applicable) for designing compliant and efficient backend systems. -Identify and assess complex problems for the product being developed, creating solutions that require in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. -Involve in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for the product being developed. -Interact with senior management levels, negotiating or influencing on significant matters. -Contribute best practices and make them visible and accessible among the team and engineering community. -Make decisions with a lasting impact on the product, potentially affecting areas outside of your direct responsibility. -Coach and influence developers to make better decisions for an improved product outcome. -Provide technical guidance, defining and driving the right solution to meet technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operational, and capability needs. Professional & Technical Skills: -6+ years of Python backend development experience. -Expertise in Django (preferred). -Experience with Flask and a willingness to upskill in Django. -Strong skills in RESTful API development. -Proficiency in PostgreSQL database management. Additional Information: Healthcare domain experience is advantageous. The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
