Key Responsibilities: 5- 9 years of experience with Koerber WMS configuration, testing and development. Bachelor s Degree in IT, or related discipline. Configure WMS to achieve business needs. Maintain and develop Microsoft SQL Server stored procedure. Validate processes meet process design requests. Document technical decisions and business processes Debug and troubleshoot existing configuration. Provide support to end users when they encounter system issues. Escalate issues to support as needed. Act as point of contact for all training and support for new site preparation, personnel, equipment and future modifications to WMS. Continuously develop and train the operations team on best practices and standard operating procedures. Communicate and train on all systems and processes changes. Act as point of contact for IT needs, such as hardware and network services, relating to WMS. Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner. Excellent exposure to configure, test, customize Koerber implementations. Must have managed a team as a part of his previous role Technical Experience: Min. 2+ years of working experience in Korber/WMS/ SQL Developer Experience in WMS database and master data structures. Experience in of Order Collaboration, Inventory Collaboration, Purchase Order Collaboration and Forecast collaboration, SCPM and Global Logistics Orchestration, Visibility modules. Functional knowledge of Order Management, Warehouse Management and/or supply chain, and retail processes. Minimum 4 years working in the domain of Supply Chain Management Professional Attributes: Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment. Desire to work in an information systems environment.
