Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the project requirements, designing and developing applications using Sitecore, and ensuring the applications meet the desired functionality and quality standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process, as well as actively participating in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop applications using Sitecore. - Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements. - Ensure applications meet desired functionality and quality standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during development. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sitecore. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Sitecore Commerce. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sitecore. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
