Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions to enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application architecture, coding and testing applications, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth application performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business needs. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs. - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure software quality and performance. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document application design, development, and troubleshooting processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python. - Knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies like ASP.NET, Angular, or React. - Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. - Experience with DevOps tools and practices. - Knowledge of security protocols and practices for application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A BE or Equivalent degree is required.
