Summary: As a Scrum Master for the Application Developer team, you will be responsible for leading the agile development process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, as well as removing any impediments that may hinder the team's progress. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the agile development process, including facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by removing any impediments that may hinder the team's progress. - Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential risks or issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits. - Expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). - This position is based at our Chennai office.
