Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring that applications are aligned with business needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise, as well as providing support and guidance to the team. With your expertise in application development, you will contribute to the success of our projects and help drive innovation in our organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement applications based on business process and application requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve any application issues that arise. - Provide support and guidance to the team. - Contribute to the success of projects and drive innovation in the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - Strong understanding of application design, build, and configuration. - Experience in developing applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with collaborating and managing teams to perform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, or FI/CO. - Experience with SAP implementation projects. - Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
