Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain software applications using Java Full Stack Development. - Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and fix defects. - Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in software development. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance and support as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful APIs. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE/BTech/BSc/BCom along with 15 years of education is required.
