Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable applications using React.js. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. You will also contribute to the decision-making process and engage with multiple teams to provide solutions to problems. Join our team in Chennai and be part of a dynamic and inclusive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop efficient and scalable applications using React.js. - Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop application features. - Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience in building responsive web applications using React.js. - Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and ability to translate designs into code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
