Summary: As a Salesforce Health Cloud Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Health Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Configure Salesforce Health Cloud to meet business process and application requirements, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. - Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and other systems, utilizing APIs and web services. - Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data management best practices, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and normalization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules. - Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs. - Solid grasp of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
