Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Apache Spark. Your typical day will involve working with PySpark and Python to develop and maintain applications that meet the needs of our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications using Apache Spark to meet business process and application requirements. - Develop and maintain applications using PySpark and Python. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements. - Ensure that applications are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Apache Spark. - Experience with PySpark and Python. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Apache Spark. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
