Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization's processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design, develop, and test applications based on business needs. - Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and maintenance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance Management and Learning Management. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules. - Familiarity with SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration and Organizational Management. - Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration for data integration. - Solid grasp of data migration and data conversion techniques. - Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
