Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing applications, and ensuring they meet the required specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise, as well as providing support and maintenance for existing applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business needs. - Develop and implement software solutions that align with the project requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve any application issues that arise during development or testing. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. - Provide support and maintenance for existing applications, including bug fixes and enhancements. - Document and communicate technical specifications and requirements to stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development processes and practices. - Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes. - Experience with data integration and transformation using ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend. - Knowledge of SQL and database concepts to perform data validation and testing. - Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
