Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Tableau. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and developing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Tableau. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and develop solutions to meet business needs. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues and provide timely resolutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView. - Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques. - Experience in application development using programming languages such as Java or Python. - Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL or Oracle. - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tableau. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
