Summary: As a Salesforce Communication Cloud Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Communication Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Build solutions in Salesforce Communications Cloud using LWC, APEX, and Omnistudio components like OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity Product Console/Designer, Pricing Designer, Integration Procedures, Flows, ESM, OM - Working in agile development methodologies - Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization - Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues - Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to support and enhance features in mainly around CPQ, EPC and OM in iterative release cycles Professional & Technical Skills: - 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com with strong demonstrable experience of at least 3-4 years in Vlocity Comms cloud (Salesforce Communications Cloud) - Experience in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Development experience - Integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, Platform events and Streaming APIs - Experience in OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Vlocity Product Console and Integration Procedures, DC (Digital Commerce) APIs, Cache Warmup and Product Catalogue Configuration In-depth understanding of Vlocity application architecture - Telecom Industry experience is desired - Salesforce Communications Cloud required - Omnistudio Developer/Industries CPQ Developer/Industries OM Developer.
