Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, developing and implementing customizations, and providing technical support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customizations for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including plugins, workflows, and custom entities. - Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Create technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals, to ensure the quality and integrity of the application. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET Framework, and SQL Server. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, including customization, configuration, and integration. - Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Solid grasp of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
