Business Process Modeling: Understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) for modeling business processes. 3. Java Development: Experience in Java development for implementing custom Java delegates, connectors, and plugins. Professional Background: 1. Experience: Typically, professionals working with JBoss jBPM at Accenture have experience in business process management, workflow automation, or software development. 2. Consulting Skills: Strong consulting skills including client interaction, requirement gathering, solution presentation, and project management. 3. Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge in industries like finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or telecommunications where business process management is crucial. Education Background: 1. Bachelors Degree: Often in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. 2. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as JBoss jBPM Developer Certification can enhance credibility and demonstrate expertise in JBoss jBPM.
