Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand business needs, designing and developing applications, and ensuring they meet quality standards and user requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues, as well as providing technical support and guidance to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and implement software components and features using SAP CRM Sales. - Ensure applications meet quality standards and user requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. - Document technical specifications and user manuals for reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CRM Sales. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Service Management. - Strong understanding of SAP CRM Sales functionalities and modules. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP CRM Sales. - Knowledge of SAP CRM Sales integration with other systems. - Familiarity with SAP CRM Sales customization and configuration. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug SAP CRM Sales applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP CRM Sales. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
