Summary: As a team lead, you will be responsible in leading the AMS (support team) who owns and manage the EPM suite of applications for the client. Requires Good functional expertise in Consolidation process, Intercompany process, Ownership pattern, Equity Holding, GAAP, IFRS requirement etc. Strong financial background having good understanding of financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc. Good to have financial degree. Your typical day will involve on working below tasks: - Support HFM application to Client - Manage the support team. - Good knowledge on incident management - To work on small enhancements in HFM - Prepare and report periodic status report to the client - Conduct training session to support team - Coordinate with client Professional & Technical Skills: Must have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application. Good to have Skills: Certification in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application or Oracle financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) application. - At least 2 years of experience in supporting Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application. - Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application Implementation experience will be an added advantage - Good understanding of security in HFM, Consolidation & Translation process - Good understanding of Cash flow, Equity Pickup & Ownership - Good Understanding & Experience of Business rule, ruleset Forms & Reporting - Good knowledge of Data management, Integration of various source system. - Good Knowledge of EPM Automate and Integration using EPM Automate Additional Information: - Good Communication skill as candidate will be speaking in calls and writing mails directly to Client - Good in Relationship building - This position is based out of any location (flexible)
