Summary: As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. - Ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce solutions through testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: No Technology Specialization. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including customizations, integrations, and data migration. - Experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions, adhering to best practices and standards. - Solid grasp of testing, debugging, and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
