Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, making team decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring the successful performance of your team and delivering high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Manage and oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting applications - Ensure the applications meet business process and application requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements - Design and develop high-quality software solutions using SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the applications are error-free - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI Asset Accounting - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes - Experience in designing and implementing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions - Knowledge of SAP FI S/4HANA modules and integration with other SAP modules - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting applications - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
