Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing applications, ensuring they meet the required specifications and functionality. You will also troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise, ensuring the smooth operation of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and build applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Configure applications to ensure they meet the required specifications and functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise, ensuring the smooth operation of the applications. - Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and maintainable code. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development processes. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Document technical specifications and user guides for the developed applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. - Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements. - Participate in meetings and discussions to gather feedback and requirements from stakeholders. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sustainability Footprint Management SFM. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP Sustainability Footprint Management SFM. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Experience with data migration and data integration. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules. - Experience with SAP ABAP development. - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Analytics Cloud. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Sustainability Footprint Management SFM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
