Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to optimize business processes and improve efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Develop and implement software solutions using the Celonis Process Mining Platform. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. - Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines to integrate data from various ERP, CRM, and custom data sources into Celonis. - Work with SQL and other data query languages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data efficiently. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the ingestion process. - Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to understand business requirements and translate them into data models that support Celonis EMS. - Perform complex data transformations to enable process mining and business insights within Celonis. - Design and optimize data models to ensure efficient processing and visualization within Celonis dashboards. - Ensure that data governance policies and best practices are followed across all data pipelines and systems. - Implement data validation and monitoring processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of data. - Manage data security, privacy, and compliance in line with company and industry regulations. - Configure and integrate Celonis EMS with various data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and availability for real-time analysis. - Collaborate with the Celonis platform team to enhance system performance and scalability by optimizing data loading and processing. - Develop custom connectors or scripts when necessary to support unique data integration needs. - Partner with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to provide data insights that support process optimization and business transformation initiatives. - Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues or system challenges. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices and tools within the organization. - Document data pipeline processes, data transformations, and integrations in a clear and detailed manner. - Develop reports and visualizations to communicate data health, pipeline performance, and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Celonis Process Mining Platform. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization. - Experience in designing and implementing applications using Celonis Process Mining Platform. - Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other process mining platforms. - 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or ETL development. - Strong experience working with Celonis or similar process mining platforms is highly preferred. - Proven experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL tools. - Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM systems. - Proficiency in database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ETL frameworks. - Experience in designing data models and performing data transformations for large datasets. - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or R. - Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Certification in Celonis or other process mining platforms. - Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. - Experience in building data pipelines for process mining, machine learning, or predictive analytics. - Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration tools (e.g., Talend, Apache NiFi). - Work in a dynamic, innovative environment with access to the latest data technologies. - Collaborate with a diverse team on high-impact projects across various industries.
