Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business process and application requirements, utilizing best practices and industry standards. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration. - Good To Have Skills: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and data model. - Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business process and application requirements. - Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
