A) Summary: The Kyriba Treasury Management Specialist will be an integral member of Moderna's Digital Finance / Treasury team, responsible for optimizing and maintaining the Kyriba treasury management workstation. This role requires a deep understanding of treasury operations and technical proficiency in managing payment systems, in-house banking, cash pooling, and bank connectivity. Reporting to the Executive Director Digital Finance, the specialist will ensure that the Kyriba platform supports efficient, secure, and compliant treasury operations, enhancing Moderna's financial stability and operational excellence. B) Responsibilities: 1) Implement and maintain payment medium formats within the Kyriba platform, ensuring compatibility and compliance with global financial transaction standards. 2)Manage and optimize in-house banking and cash pooling operations, ensuring efficient liquidity management and internal bank transactions. 3)Oversee and enhance bank connectivity solutions, including setting up and maintaining secure communication channels with all financial institutions. 4)Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment transactions and bank communications, providing timely support to minimize disruptions in treasury operations. 5)Assist with report enhancement and development for cash forecasting and improvement initiatives for treasury/cash management teams Collaborate with networking teams to ensure the security of the Kyriba platform, particularly in relation to payment systems and bank data exchanges. 6)Provide expert guidance and support to the treasury team on the use of Kyriba, ensuring that all users are proficient and can leverage the system effectively. 7)Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and guidelines for managing treasury operations on the Kyriba platform. 8)Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and features offered by Kyriba, evaluating their potential impact and implementing necessary updates to enhance system capabilities C) Additional Information: 1) The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. 2) This position is based at our Bengaluru office. 3) A 15 years full time education is required.
