roject Role Description: The Application Developer is responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. This role demands a unique combination of Japanese language proficiency and technical skills in SAP ABAP development. Skill Set Required Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1, N2 or N3 OR NAT Q1, Q2 or Q3) with strong Japanese communication skills SAP ABAP Certification SAP ABAP Development skills Experience Required - Minimum 3~5 years of experience in SAP ABAP and Japanese. Educational Qualification - Minimum of 15 years of full-time education. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate fluency in Japanese, working closely with the App Services team in India and Japan, and coordinating with clients on design, build, and testing of IT applications. - Engage actively and effectively with Japanese native-speaking stakeholders, using Japanese as the primary communication language. - Develop custom ABAP reports, interfaces, and enhancements for SAP modules such as FI, SD, QM, MM/PP, among others. - Collaborate with the functional team and business users to define development requirements. - Create and modify technical specification documentation for SAP ABAP Objects. - Automate existing SAP standard processes by creating custom programs to increase productivity and improve business processes. - Plan, monitor, and manage all SAP ABAP development tasks.
