Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions using the Cornerstone Talent Management Suite and CSOD. You will also be responsible for ensuring the applications meet the necessary standards and requirements, while providing support and troubleshooting as needed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement applications using the Cornerstone Talent Management Suite and CSOD. - Ensure applications meet business process and application requirements. - Support and troubleshoot applications as needed. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Continuously improve application performance and functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cornerstone Talent Management Suite. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience with integrating applications with other systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other talent management systems. - Familiarity with cloud-based application development. - Experience with agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cornerstone Talent Management Suite. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Certification in Cornerstone on Demand is a must.
