Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, coding and testing applications, and providing technical support to resolve any issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Configure applications to ensure they meet the desired functionality and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Manage the application development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. - Ensure that applications are developed and implemented in accordance with best practices and security standards. - Document application design, development, and configuration processes for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. - Knowledge of serverless computing and microservices architecture. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools. - Understanding of security best practices for application development. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
