Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise. With your expertise in Workday Core HCM, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing our applications to drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications using Workday Core HCM. - Design and implement application features and enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Strong understanding of business processes and application requirements. - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and technologies. - Experience with data migration and data conversion. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Talent and Performance modules. - Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics. - Experience with Workday security and access controls. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Certification in Workday Talent and Performance is required.
