Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components-based applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns. - Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Solid grasp of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies and version control systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
