Summary: As an Agile Process Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring teams on Agile methodologies and ensuring successful implementation of Agile practices. Your typical day will involve facilitating Agile ceremonies, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive Agile adoption. Roles & Responsibilities: - Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, ensuring successful implementation of Agile practices. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Identify areas of improvement and work with cross-functional teams to drive Agile adoption. - Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other Agile team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of Agile principles and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus. - Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement. - Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in Agile transformation and change management, with the ability to identify and address organizational impediments to Agile adoption. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Process Coaching. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
