Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve working with Workday Talent Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure Workday Core HCM applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions using Workday Talent Management. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Workday Core HCM applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday Core HCM applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Workday Core HCM, Workday Talent Management. - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and Workday Talent Management. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring Workday Core HCM applications. - Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Workday Core HCM applications. - Solid grasp of Workday Core HCM technical documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
