Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to optimize business processes and improve efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Develop and implement software solutions using the Celonis Process Mining Platform. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. - Work closely with business stakeholders and process owners to understand their goals, data needs, and desired outcomes. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications for dashboard development within Celonis. - Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business objectives and drive value creation. - Lead the implementation of the Celonis Process Mining tool for process discovery and analysis. - Enable data integration between Celonis and ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). - Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. - Work with stakeholders to understand current processes and business challenges. - Recommend process optimization strategies to improve cycle times, compliance, and resource utilization. - Present findings and actionable insights to business leaders and executives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, IT, and operations. - Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure effective process mining solutions. - Provide user training on Celonis features, ensuring stakeholders can independently monitor processes. - Support the ongoing optimization and expansion of process mining use cases. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Celonis Process Mining Platform. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization. - Experience in designing and implementing applications using Celonis Process Mining Platform. - Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other process mining platforms. - 3+ years of experience in process mining, business process management, or data analysis. - Hands-on experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools. - Provide data-backed insights to optimize process flows and enhance performance. - Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data integration. - Experience in SQL, ETL, or data modeling. - Familiarity with business process frameworks like PTP, OTC, or RTR. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Certifications: Celonis Analyst or Celonis Data Engineer certifications. - Industry Experience: Knowledge of specific industries such as finance, supply chain, or healthcare is a plus.
