Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the application requirements, designing and developing the applications, and configuring them to meet the business process needs. You will also be involved in testing and debugging the applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Configure applications to meet the specified requirements and align with the business needs. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements and ensure their successful implementation. - Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Experience in designing and developing applications based on business process and application requirements. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its various components. - Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. - Experience in configuring Salesforce applications to meet the specified requirements. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language. - Familiarity with Salesforce integration and data migration. - Experience with Salesforce administration and security. - Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange and its applications. - Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
