Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing application solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to the team. You will also engage with multiple teams to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions to problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and implement application solutions based on business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team. - Gather requirements from multiple teams and stakeholders. - Contribute to key decisions and provide innovative solutions. - Ensure successful project delivery within the defined timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC). - Strong understanding of application design and development principles. - Experience in configuring and customizing applications based on business requirements. - Knowledge of SAP BPC integration with other systems. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Financial Consolidation (SAP FC). - Recommendation: Familiarity with SAP ERP modules and integration. - Solid grasp of data modeling and database concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Any Graduation is required.
