Summary: As an Agile Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to agile principles and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure alignment and effective communication. - Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices, including continuous improvement, transparency, and customer focus. - Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and ensuring project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile Program Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Waterfall or DevOps. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. - Experience in project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Program Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
