Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. A typical day in this role involves analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and ensuring their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions - Ensure the functionality and performance of applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members - Document technical specifications and user guides Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and customization - Experience in developing plugins, workflows, and custom activities - Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and integration with external systems - Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization - Experience in data migration and integration using SSIS - Knowledge of SQL Server and database management - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required
