Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, coding and testing applications, and providing technical support and guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop high-quality software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Code, test, and debug applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance application development and delivery. - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Document technical specifications, user manuals, and other relevant documentation. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of SAP PP module and its integration with other modules. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP PP solutions. - Knowledge of SAP PP master data, production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PP functionalities. - Understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices. - Knowledge of SAP PP reporting and analytics tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
