Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and meeting the needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective design, development, and implementation of SAP BASIS solutions. - Perform system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in SAP BASIS processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Experience with SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and components. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Experience in SAP system performance tuning and optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
