Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the team to develop and maintain software products, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software products, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software product features and enhancements. - Ensure software products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software products. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Software Product Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and project management. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in software development using programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Product Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software products. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
