Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications using Workday Core HCM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday integrations. - Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows. - Experience in configuring and customizing Workday modules. - Knowledge of Workday security and reporting. - Familiarity with Workday Studio and EIBs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A mandatory Workday Related certification and 15 years of full-time education are required.
