Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner for Software/Application/Cloud Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool and providing hardware/software support across all server and network areas. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Resolve issues related to SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool and provide hardware/software support across all server and network areas. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders. - Maintain and update technical documentation related to SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool and other software solutions/vendors/brands. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other software solutions/vendors/brands. - Strong understanding of server and network areas. - Experience in L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
