Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business. You will also be involved in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Design and implement software solutions that meet the application requirements. - Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the applications. - Ensure the security and integrity of the applications by implementing appropriate measures. - Document the application design, development, and maintenance processes. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Conduct training sessions to educate users on the functionality and usage of the applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into future application enhancements. - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines. - Identify and resolve issues and risks related to application development and maintenance. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Strong knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with data modeling and data integration. - Hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud. - Experience with SAP BusinessObjects. - Knowledge of SAP HANA and SQL scripting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
