Summary: As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and developing technical solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and develop technical solutions to meet business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations. - Experience with Salesforce data migration and data integration tools. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access controls. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
