Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, analyzing business needs, and developing solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for configuring applications and ensuring they align with business processes. With your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining applications that support the organization's HR processes and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Configure applications to align with business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application development and implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM Payroll. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of integration techniques and tools for seamless data flow. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Recommendation: Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration with Employee Central. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A graduate degree is required.
