Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also engage with various teams and contribute to important decisions, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective design, build, and configuration of applications - Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements - Develop and maintain technical documentation - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance - Identify and implement process improvements - Ensure compliance with coding standards and guidelines Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices - Experience in designing and developing applications using Scrum framework - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python - Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Scrum - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
