Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems. Your typical day will involve designing and developing applications, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the applications meet the required standards and specifications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements - Collaborate with team members to ensure the applications meet the required standards and specifications - Contribute to key decisions related to application development - Manage and lead the team to perform effectively - Engage with multiple teams to gather requirements and provide solutions - Ensure the applications are delivered on time and within budget - Provide technical guidance and support to team members - Identify and resolve issues and challenges in application development - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development - Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and efficient - Perform code reviews and ensure the code quality - Document the application design, development, and deployment processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies - Experience in designing and developing applications using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and its components - Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with other systems - Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required15 years full time education
